WM 452 Door/Window Casing 2-1/2"

This WM 452 door/window casing 2-1/2" measures 2.500" in width by .688" in thickness. The timeless design is widely referred to in the industry as a sanitary casing; it comprises a 5/32" round-over on each side edge of the profile. We also offer a smaller version of this design for your review and consideration, door/window casing 2.250 - 11". This detail is also milled from both the right and left vertical cutter heads on the machinery using radius .125". The advantage of milling from the sides is its more flexibility in the width & thickness dimensions. The disadvantage is that it's a two-cutter head set-up that requires more time than a single set of knives on the top. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 2-3/4" wide.
