45 Degree Double Chamfer - 24

This double chamfered edge moulding 45-degree - 24 measures 2-1/4" thickness requiring any size width of ten-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The common profile comprises two forty-five-degree bevels at .265" tall and wide, leaving a 1-23/32" tall section in the center with two splay face dimensions of 3/8" wide on the top and bottom edge of a piece of lumber measuring 2-1/4" thickness. All four edges are machined simultaneously by producing a set of knives for both the right and left vertical cutterheads.
