Bed Mould 2-17/32"

This bed mould, 2-17/32", measures 2.531" wide by .750" thick. The stylish profile is comprised of an elongated elliptical-shaped arc connected to a 21/64" radius cavetto that is flanked by a 1/4" tall vertical fillet above and a 1/4" wide horizontal fillet at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degree, these specific bevels set the installed height at 1-7/8" tall, with a projection of 1-3/4" wide. Three high points in the design are positioned on the same level plane. This design practice will ensure excellent hold-down conditions while milling the pattern on the wood moulder.
