WM 166 Base Cap 1-1/4" - 8

This conventional WM 166 base cap comprises a 1/16" wide horizontal fillet on the top left, creating a quirk when applied to a piece of S4S (surfaced four sides) lumber. The short line attaches to 21/64" and 5/8" tangent radiuses forming the s-shaped curvature in the center, leaving a 5/32" thickness dimension on the design's right edge. The ageless profile 1-1/4" - 8 measures 1.250" in width by .687" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1-1/2" wide.
