Bar Rail 5-1/4"

This good-looking 5-1/4" bar rail retains two measurements. The first set is the milled dimensions which are 5.487" wide by 1.401" thick. This detail is milled sprung (parallel to the moulder bedplates) and hold-down shoe. The profile can be milled from six-quarter lumber; any feed roller marks from the moulder feed system left remaining on the wood will be located on the back side (not seen). The pattern is designed to be milled face-side down. The other dimensions are viewed in the above image to help prepare elevation dimensions for the sub and countertop.

We lways provide sufficient blend areas in the knives, so no one will ever realize where one moulding cutter begins or ends.
