This backout 4" - 5 measures 4.000" wide. This profile is utilized on some of our smaller width
tongue and groove decking profiles and our thicker
casing profiles.
The design comprises four 3/32" radius plows flanked by 1/2 wide fillets in the center, with 7/8" wide fillets on each side edge of the pattern. The maximum width these knives can mill is 4-3/4" wide, with the bottom cutterhead at .000" axially. We also have a larger version of this same profile backout 6.000" - 3 available for your review.
