Backband 1-15/16" - 1

This fancy 1-15/16" - 1 backband measure 1.937" width by 1.750" thickness, permitting the use of a 2-3/16" wide blank of eight-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial molder. The embellishing profile contains a 5/8" wide by 1/8" tall raised fillet with a 3/64" eased outer edge on the top left. The short vertical line connects to a downsloping two tangent radius s-shaped curvatures with a 1/16" vertical step, joined to a slightly tapered 13/64" rounded corner on the designs right side. The rabbet dimension is 3/4" wide by one inch tall; the height is adjustable to any specific needs.
