This WM 990 shelf cleat pattern 1-1/2" - 4 measures 1.500" in width by .687" in thickness. The traditional ledge strip is designed for a 3/4" thickness shelf when installed. It comprises a 3/4" wide by 3/8" deep rabbet on the top right. It connects to a 3/8" vertical segment with a decorative 7/16" cove on the design's bottom right corner. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1-3/4" wide. The pattern is generally installed in closets, bookcases, and cabinets or wherever a fixed ledge is required.
