Tongue & Groove .750" - 92

This 3/4" - 92 gap siding measures .750" in thickness, and the width is adjusted to any desired size during milling. The profile is comprised of a 3/8" wide by 9/32" tall offset groove with a 1/8" radius quarter round edge. The opposite side is comprised of a 3/8" wide by 9/32" tall offset tongue with a 1/8" radius quarter circle on the top edge. The pattern maintains a .010" void in the joint area for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined; they create a 1/4" wide channel with 1/8" radiused edges on one face side of the merged boards.
