Tongue & Groove 3/4" - 76

This 3/4" - 76 channel siding measures .750" in thickness, the width can be manufactured to any desired size within the parameters of the moulder/shaper used to mill the pattern. The custom profile is comprised of a 1/8" wide by 1/4" tall groove with a 1/8" chamfer on one side, the other side consists of a 1/4" wide by 1/4" tall tongue also with a 1/8" by 1/8" bevel on one edge. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined together they create a 1/8" wide by 1/4" deep gap on one side and a 3/8" wide by 1/4" deep V channel on the other side of the merged boards, there is .012" of void in the joint area for expansion and contraction during seasonal changes of relative humidity.
