Tongue & Groove 3/4" - 74

This universal 3/4" - 74 v-groove with center bead measures a range from 1/2" wide with the top of the half round even with the face of the board to 7/8" wide with the bead recessed by 3/16". The universal profile comprises a centered 1/8" radius half-circle flanked by forty-five-degree chamfers. This clever knife design can be helpful on a six-cutter head moulder with two top horizontal milling stations. Machine to finish thickness on the first top set of cutters and place the detail wherever desired on the second set of blades. It can also get milled on a five-cutter head moulder from the second bottom milling station by machining the pattern face down.
