Tongue & Groove 3/4" - 56

This 3/4" - 56 double v-gap paneling consists of a 1/4" wide by 1/4" long tongue and groove with a 1/8" wide by 1/8" tall chamfer the top and bottom edges. There is a .005" void built into the joint area for expansion and contraction of the lumber during seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of lumber are joined, they create a 1/4" wide by 1/8" deep v-groove on both faces of the joined boards. The pattern measures .750" in thickness; the width is milled to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the detail. The suggested rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1/4" larger in width than the sought-after milled dimension.
