This practical 3/4" - 38 tongue & groove glue joint measures .750" in thickness, and the widths are adjustable to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the pattern. The creative profile consists of two symmetrical 5/32" wide by 1/8" deep tongue & groove with a .006" void in the joint area to allow excess glue to escape when assembled. The straightforward design makes smaller boards more expansive when larger sizes are needed. It also allows properly joining the panels on either face side to choose the best possible face for glue-up.
