Tongue & Groove 3/4" - 35

This dual-purpose 3/4" - 35 v-groove siding measures .750" in thickness; widths can be manufactured to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the design. The profile is composed of a 1/4" wide by 1/4" deep tongue and groove with a .006" void in the joining area for seasonal changes in relative humidity; it also retains two chamfers on the edges, one of them measures 1/4" wide by 1/8" deep, the other measures 1/16" wide by 1/16" deep. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined, they create a 1/2" v-groove on one face of the board and a 1/8" wide v-groove on the opposing side of the workpiece. This will enable the installer a choice which side of the lumber to use for exposure. Two designs in one profile, a clever way to mill lumber while providing options with the same board.
