Tongue & Groove 3/4" - 16

This 3/4" - 16 gap siding measures .750" in thickness, the width can be machined to any required size within the parameters of the moulder/shaper utilized to mill the pattern. The functional profile is intentionally designed for blind nailing during installation. It comprises a 1/4" tall by 19/32" wide offset groove and a 1/4" tall by 9/16" offset tongue with a .006" void area in the joint. This assures a nice fit when assembled and allows for expansion & contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined, they create a 1/8" wide by 7/64" deep channel between the merged boards.
