Tongue & Groove 5/8" - 12

This 5/8" - 12 tongue & groove measures .625" in thickness, and widths are adjustable to any desired size because they are determined by the left cutter head when milling. The right-hand side of the profile consists of a 1/4" tall by 1/4" deep groove attached to a 1/8" wide by 1/8" deep chamfer on one edge. The opposite side comprises a 1/4" tall by 1/4" deep tongue stuck to a 1/2" wide fillet connected to a 1/8" wide by 1/8" deep chamfer. There is a total of .006" void in the joint area for expansion and contraction from seasonal relative humidity changes. When two pieces of milled lumber are merged, they create a 3/4" wide v-groove channel on the face side of the joined boards.
