Tongue & Groove 5/8" - 10

This 5/8" - 10 tongue & groove paneling measures .625" in thickness; the left vertical cutter head determines widths at the milling time. The profile consists of a 7/32" tall by 9/32" deep tongue and groove with a 5/32" by 5/32" bevel on the face side edge of the pattern; there is a .010" void area in the joint for expansion and contraction of seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of milled lumber join, they will create a 5/16" wide by 5/32" deep vee groove on the face side of the joined boards. This custom design includes the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the knives and prolong the milling time between sharpening.
