Tongue & Groove 5/8" - 1

This 5/8" - 1 tongue & groove paneling measures .625" in thickness; the width is determined by the left vertical cutter head at the milling time. The two-sided profile consists of a 7/32" tall by 1/4" deep tongue and groove with a 1/8" by 1/8" chamfer/bevel on each side edge of the pattern; there is also a .010" void in the joint area for expansion and contraction for seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined together they will create a 1/4" wide v-groove on both face sides of the joined boards.
