This 1/2" - 7 tongue & groove paneling measures .500" in thickness; the width is adjusted to any desired size during milling. The profile comprises a 7/32" wide by 5/32" tall tongue and groove, with a 3/32" wide by 3/32" tall chamfer on the side edges. The pattern maintains a .008" void in the joint area for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of finished milled lumber join, they create a 3/16" wide by 3/32" deep v-groove on both face sides of the merged boards.
