Tongue & Groove 1/2" - 13

This 1/2" - 13 v-groove is for tongue & groove or shiplap siding. It's designed for a six-cutter head industrial moulder with two top horizontal spindles or milled on the last bottom cutter head on a five-spindle moulder. The universal profile allows the machine operator to mill to thickness on the first top cutter head and then place this v-groove anywhere on the board with the second top set of knives. The set of knives consists of two fifty-three-degree bevels at 9/32" depth of cut. These cutters can mill a v-groove at any width from .001" to .753" wide; the width size of the v-groove is controlled by how deep the knives are set radially on the machinery.
