Tongue & Groove 3/8" - 8

This 3/8" - 8 tongue & groove paneling measures .375" thickness, enabling machining out of resawn five or solid four-quarter lumber. The width gets milled to any desired size within the parameters of the moulder or shaper used to cut the pattern. There is a .006" void in the joint area for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of milled lumber get joined; they create a decorative 1/8" wide rounded edge v-shaped joint on the face side of the merged panels. The attractive profile is composed of a 7/32" wide by 5/32" tall groove with a 1/16" eased edge. The opposite side retains a 3/16" wide by 5/32" tall tongue with a 1/16" rounded edge.
