Tongue & Groove 3/8" - 5

This 3/8" - 5 v-joint tongue & groove paneling measures .375" thickness, enabling the pattern to get machined out of resawn five-quarter lumber. The width gets milled to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the design. The beautiful profile comprises a 1/4" wide by 1/8" tall tongue & groove with a 1/16" by 1/16" forty-five-degree chamfer on the face side edge. There is a .010" void in the joint area for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of milled lumber join, they create a beautifying 1/8" wide by 1/16" deep v-joint on the face side of the merged paneling.
