Tongue & Groove 3/8" - 4

This 3/8" - 4 tongue & groove paneling measures .375" thickness. The width gets machined to any desired size within the parameters of the moulder/shaper used to mill the pattern. The v-shaped profile is composed of a 5/32" wide by 1/4" deep tongue and groove with a 1/8" wide by 1/16" deep chamfer on one edge; there is .012" of void in the joint area for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of milled lumber join together, they create a 1/4" wide by 1/16" deep v-groove on the face side of the merged boards.
