This thin 1/4" tongue & groove paneling measures .250" thickness, and widths can be milled to any desired width within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The profile is a simple butt joint consisting of a 1/4" wide by 1/8" tall tongue & groove joint, there is .004" of void in the joint area to create a snug fit as well as allowing for seasonal changes in relative humidity.
