Tongue & Groove 7-1/2"

This 7-1/2" tongue & groove channel siding 7.500" measures 7.750" wide overall by 3/4" thickness, requiring an eight-inch wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial molder. When two pieces of finished lumber are joined, they create a 7-1/2" face coverage dimension. The dadoed profile contains a 1/4" wide by 1/4" tall tongue and groove with a .010" void in the joint area for expansion & contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. The face of the pattern consists of five 3/4" wide by 1/4" tall raised fillets divided by five 3/4" wide sunken fillets creating the channels.
