Tongue & Groove 5-15/32"

This large reed 5-15/32" tongue & groove paneling measures 5.718" width by 1.000" thickness, requiring a 6" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The beaded design creates a stunning decorative wall or ceiling covering. The lovely pattern comprises five one-inch wide convex arcs divided by five 3/32" recessed fillets on the top center. The sides retain a 1/4" tall by 9/32" wide groove on the right with a 1/4" by 1/4" tongue on the left. When two pieces of lumber get joined, they create a continuous reeded design with a 5-15/32" face coverage dimension per board. There is a .012" void in the joint for seasonal changes in relative humidity.
