Tongue & Groove 5-1/4" - 4

This duel faces 5-1/4" - 4 v-groove paneling measures 5.437" wide by .563" thickness overall, enabling the use of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. For installation planning purposes, the face coverage dimension is 5-1/4" full when assembled. The lovely profile is composed of a 3/16" wide by 5/32" tall tongue & groove joint with a .016" void in the joint area for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. The top and bottom contain two 2-3/8" flat sections separated by a 1/4" wide by 1/8" deep v-shaped channel in the center, each side edge on the top & bottom retains a 1/8" by 1/8" bevel.
