Tongue & Groove 5-1/4" - 2

This beaded 5-1/4" - 2 tongue & groove paneling measures 5.500" wide by .750" thickness, permitting the pattern to be milled from four-quarter lumber. The beautifully decorative profile is composed of a 1/4" wide by 9/32" deep tongue and groove on the side edges with a .010" void in the joint area for seasonal changes in relative humidity. The top of the design is comprised of a 4-3/8" broad flat line, joined to a 1/8" wide by 11/32" deep sunk fillet, connected to a recessed (.020") 5/8" wide half-round circle with a 1/8" broad line segment above the tongue. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined together, they create an attractive 7/8" wide beaded channel with a face coverage dimension of 5-1/4" wide.
