Tongue & Groove 5-3/16" - 3

This 5-3/16" - 3 tongue & groove siding measures 5.750" width by .750" thickness, enabling the use of a six-inch-wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial-grade molder. The channeled profile contains a 5/8" deep by 9/32" wide offset groove on the right side. The opposite side retains a 7/16" deep rabbet that controls the amount of void or slop in the joint area when assembled. The top is a 4-15/64" broad flat line flanked by a 1/4" wide by 1/4" deep bevel with a 15/32" whole sunk fillet on the left. When two pieces of machined lumber get joined, they create a 15/16" broad beveled channel with a face coverage dimension of 5-11/64" wide.
