WP 103 Tongue & Groove 5-1/8" - 3

This 5-1/8" - 3 WP 103 tongue & groove siding measures 5.375" overall width and a thickness of .718", requiring a 5-5/8" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The decorative profile contains two 1-1/4" wide horizontal fillets attached to a 1-1/4" wide twelve-degree bevel with a transitional 1/16" wide by 17/64" deep vertical upsloping line. This helps displace moisture away from the face of the pattern when installed. When two pieces of machined lumber get joined, they create a face coverage dimension of 5-1/8" wide with a .020" void in the tongue & groove joint area for expansion and contraction during seasonal changes in relative humidity.
