Tongue & Groove 5-1/8" - 12

This 5-1/8" - 12 tongue & groove beadboard measures 5.375" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The decorative profile is comprised of two recessed (.008") half round bead flanked by 1/8" round-overs on all side edges of the design. The groove dimensions are 280" tall by .312" deep, the tongue measurement is .250" by .268" wide, there is a .012" void in the joint for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined together they create the illustrated image above with a 5-1/8" face coverage dimension.

All our innovative profiles have a proven unbroken computer numerical control (CNC) tool path, which will expedite the production process.
