Tongue & Groove 4-15/16"

This 4-15/16" tongue & groove beadboard measures 5.250" wide by .500" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined from four-quarter lumber. The face coverage dimension for installation purposes is 4-15/16" wide. The custom profile is composed of a recessed 1/8" radius bead flanked by 36.628-degree beveled lines in the center, bordered by 2-1/32" broad line segments with another 36.628-degree angled line on the right side above the groove, and two-thirds of the same profile from the middle is positioned on the left side above the tongue. When two pieces of lumber are joined together, they create a 7/16" wide beaded v groove, as illustrated above.

The cad-generated dxf file available for purchase below contains three skillfully drafted template designs for producing knives for this creative beadboard pattern. All our innovative profiles have a proven unbroken computer numerical control (CNC) tool path, expediting the production process.
