Tongue & Groove 4-3/4" - 1

This 4-3/4" - 1 tongue & groove log cabin siding measures 5.125" width by 1.312" thickness. The overall size allows for a 5-3/8" wide blank of six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The arched profile contains a 13/32" wide by 5/16" tall groove on the right and a 3/8" wide by 5/16" tall tongue on the left. There is a .031" void in the joint area for seasonal changes in relative humidity. The top retains a 4-15/16" convex semicircular arc; when two pieces of milled lumber merge, they create a 4-3/4 face coverage dimension on the face.
