Tongue & Groove 4-3/4"

This beaded 4-3/4" tongue & groove paneling measures 5.000" width by .625" thickness. The overall size allows a 5-1/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The small beaded profile contains a 9/32" wide by 1/4" tall groove on the right and a 1/4" wide by 1/4" tall tongue on the left. There is a .010" void in the T&G joint area for seasonal changes in relative humidity. The top comprises a recessed (.015") 1/4" wide half-circle joined to a 1/16" broad angle on the left. The top face consists of two 1-7/8" broad flat sections divided by a 1/4" wide half-circle flanked by 1/8" broad forty-five-degree angles. When two pieces of milled lumber merge, they create a 4-3/4" face coverage dimension with 1/2" wide beaded v-shaped channels.
