Tongue & Groove 4-1/2" - 1

This beaded 4-1/2" - 1 tongue & groove siding measures 4.687" width by .500" thickness. The overall size allows for a 4-15/16" wide blank of resawn six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The captivating profile contains a 7/32" wide by 3/16" tall groove on the right and a 3/16" wide by 5/32" tall tongue on the left. There is a .015" void in the joint area for seasonal changes in relative humidity. The top retains a recessed (.020") 1/4" wide half-circle flanked by two 1/16" broad fillets on the left. This portion is joined by two 1-7/8" flat sections with 1/8" rounded edges and another half-circle boarded by 1/16" broad line segments in the center. When two pieces of milled lumber are merged, they create a 4-1/2" face coverage dimension on the paneling.
