Tongue & Groove 3-1/2" - 5

This unique 3-1/2" - 5 tongue & groove beadboard measures 3.909" overall with a coverage dimension of 3.500" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined from four-quarter lumber. The embellished profile is composed of a 7/16" wide by 1/4" tall groove on the right, with a 13/32" wide by 1/4" tongue with a .010" void for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. The face side consists of a 2-19/32" flat line flanked by a 1/8" chamfered edge on the right, with a recessed 17/32" wide half round bead bordered by 1/16" broad line segments and a 1/8" beveled edge on the left. When two milled boards are joined together, they create a 29/32" wide v-shaped joint with a centered bead between the merged boards.
