Tongue & Groove 3-1/2" - 2

This 3-1/2" - 2 tongue & groove beadboard measures 3.687" wide overall, and the face dimension is 3.500" wide by .438" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined from resawn five or six-quarter or solid four-quarter lumber. The decorative profile is composed of a 7/32" wide by 1/8" tall tongue and groove with a .008" void for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. The face side of the pattern consists of two 1-3/8" broad lines, divided by a 3/16" wide recessed (.015" for sanding) bead flanked by 3/32" beveled lines, the top edges retain one half of the profile on each side, creating a 3/8" wide profile when two pieces of lumber are joined together.
