Tongue & Groove 3-1/2" - 11

This 3-1/2" - 11 beadboard paneling measures 3.750" in width by .500" in thickness; the face coverage dimension is 3.500" wide. The traditional profile composes two 1/2" wide v-grooves with a recessed (.020") middle bead, flanked by two 1-1/4" broad line segments on the top. The groove dimension is 9/32" wide by 5/32" high; the tongue measures 1/4" wide by 5/32" tall. There is a .012" void built in the joint area for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. We offer a similar profile with an additional 1/4" v-joint on the bottom face at a 5/8" thickness. That design provides a universal profile allowing either face side for installation, tongue & groove 3.500". We recommend using 4" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for milling with industrial equipment.

Our professionally designed acrylic templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail. It will also prolong the milling time between sharpening.
