Tongue & Groove 3-1/2" - 10

This rounded 3-1/2" - 10 v-groove paneling measures 3-11/16" wide by .375" thickness overall. The installed face dimension is 3-1/2" wide, enabling the detail to be machined from either resawn six or solid four-quarter lumber. The profile comprises four 1/8" radiuses, two in the center and one on each pattern edge, with a 1-1/2" broad horizontal line segment connecting the round-overs. The top template design mills half the tongue profile while the left cutter head mills the other half of the tongue; the total void in the joint area is controlled simply by adjusting the axial position of the left moulding knife.
