This decorative 3-5/16" - 1 tongue & groove paneling measures 3.625" overall, with a face dimension of 3.312" wide by .500" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled from either resawn six or four-quarter lumber. The ornamental profile is composed of a 3/16" tall by 5/16" wide t & g with a .010" void in the joint for expansion and contraction of the boards during seasonal changes in relative humidity; the face side consists of a 2-23/32" wide flat line flanked by sixty degree chamfered edges that joins to a 23/32" wide straight line segment. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined together they create a 19/32" wide v-shaped channel with a 13/32" wide sunk fillet in the bottom of the v-shaped gap.
