Tongue & Groove 3-1/4" - 8

This Beadboard molding 3-1/4" - 8 measures 3.500" wide by .750" thickness with a face dimension of 3-1/4" wide. The profile is comprised of a 1/4" thick by 1/4" deep tongue and groove positioned on the sides, the top consist of a 5/16" wide half round circle attached to a 1/4" wide by 3/16" deep chamfer positioned above the tongue connected to a 2-7/16" wide fillet in the middle of the detail with another 1/4" wide by 3/16" deep bevel positioned above the groove. When two pieces of finished milled lumber are joined together they create a 13/16" wide vee groove with a 5/16" wide center bead that is recessed by .031" for sanding if necessary after milling. The DXF file contains three skillfully drafted template designs for creating knives for this pattern.
