This Beadboard Tongue & Groove Moulding 3-1/4" face, measures 3.437" wide by .500" thickness, with an exposed face dimension of 3-1/4" wide. The depth of cuts for the moulding knives are, .205" on the right vertical, .405" on the left vertical, and .157" on the top horizontal moulding cutters.

The profile is comprised of an 11/64" thick by 7/32" deep tongue and groove on the sides, with a .008", and .031", of voided space in the joint area to allow for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. The top profile consists of a 5/32" wide half round circle attached to a 1/8" wide by 3/32" deep chamfer positioned above the tongue, connected to a 2-27/32" wide fillet in the middle of the detail with another 1/8" wide by 3/32" deep bevel positioned above the groove. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined together they create a 13/32" wide vee groove with a 5/32" wide centre bead, which is recessed by .020" for sanding if necessary after milling. The opposite side of the pattern retains a 1/4" wide vee groove when two pieces of lumber are joined together, this unique pattern allows for a wide range of installation applications.
