Tongue & Groove 3-3/16" - 2

This double-sided tongue & groove beadboard 3-3/16" – 2 measures 3.375" in overall width by 5/8" in thickness, requiring 3-5/8" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The beautiful profile comprises two recessed below the flat plane beads divided by 1-7/32" flat sections in the center. The tongue & groove dimension is 5/32" tall by 7/32" deep with a built-in void of .005" for seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of machined lumber join, they create two 3/8" wide v-grooves with a half-round center on both face sides of the joined boards with a face coverage dimension of 3-3/16" wide.
