Tongue & Groove 3-1/8" - 7

This 3-1/8" - 7 beadboard tongue & groove measures 3.250" wide overall by .312" thickness, permitting the detail to be machined from resawn five or solid six-quarter lumber. The installed face coverage dimension is 3-1/8" wide. The profile is designed to be utilized as wainscot paneling. it is composed of a 3/16" wide half-round bead flanked by 3/32" beveled lines producing a 3/8" decorative v-groove in the center, flanked by two 1-3/16" broad line segments that join to a partial 9/32" profile on the left and a 3/32" wide chamfered edge on the right side. The tongue & groove dimension is 1/8" wide by 1/8" deep. The amount of void in the joint area is controlled by the axial height of the left cutter head on the machine.
