Tongue & Groove 3-1/8" - 4

This beaded 3-1/8" - 4 tongue & groove measures 3.312" width by .500" thickness utilizing a 3-9/16" wide blank of resawn five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The decorative profile contains a 3/16" wide by 3/16" tall tongue & groove on the sides with a .010" void in the joint for seasonal changes in relative humidity. The top retains a recessed (.017" for sanding) 1/4" wide half-circle with a 1/16" wide forty-five-degree angle on the left. This area is joined to a 2-3/4" broad flat section in the center with another forty-five-degree chamfer on the right edge above the groove. When two pieces of milled lumber are merged, they create a 3-1/8" face coverage dimension with a 3/8" wide beaded v-groove.
