Tongue & Groove 3" - 13
This 3" - 13 tongue & groove glue joint measures 3.000" in thickness, and widths can be manufactured to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the pattern. The profile is comprised of two centered 1/4" wide by 3/16" deep tongue and grooves with a .008" void in the joint for the glue to escape from when two boards are merged together after milling.
Our high-precision knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail, while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
