Tongue & Groove 3"

This 3" tongue & groove beadboard comprises a 1/2" broad v-groove with a recessed (.020") center bead. A one-inch flat section flanks it joined to a 3/8" wide partial v-groove on the left and a 1/8" chamfer on the right edge. The tongue and groove measure 3/8" wide by 1/4" tall with a built-in .006" void in the joint for season changes in relative humidity. The decorative pattern measures 3.375" wide by .750" in thickness. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined, they create a three-inch face coverage dimension. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 3-5/8" wide.
