Tongue & Groove 2-1/2" - 9

This 2-1/2" - 9 tongue & groove beadboard measures 2.750" width by .750" thickness, allowing the use of four-quarter lumber for machining on a commercial-grade molder. The lovely symmetrical profile contains a 1-5/16" concave semicircular arc on the top center, connected to a 1/4" beveled line with a 5/32" radius half-circle on each side of the design. The tongue and groove dimensions are 1/4" wide by 1/4" deep with a .008" void in the joint area for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of machined lumber are joined, they create a double-beaded look with a face coverage dimension of 2-1/2" wide.
