Tongue & Groove 2-1/2" - 1

This decorative tongue & groove 2-1/2" - 1 measure 2.750" overall with a face coverage dimension of 2.500" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined from four-quarter lumber. The charming profile is comprised of a 1/4" wide by 1/4" deep tongue & groove with a .006" void in the common area; this is for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. The face side consists of a centered 5/16" wide half round bead flanked by two french curves with a bevel on the edges creating a 1/4" wide v-joint when two pieces of lumber are joined together.
