Tongue & Groove 2-13/32"

This single bead tongue & groove 2-13/32" measure 2.594" width by 1.375" thickness, requiring a 2-7/8" wide blank of six or eight-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The convex profile contains a 3/16" wide by 3/16" tall tongue and groove on the sides. The top retains a 1-1/4" convex arc leaving a 29/64" thickness on each side. When two pieces of milled lumber merge, they create a log appearance with a face coverage dimension of 2-13/32" wide. There is also a .006" void in the joint for expansion and contraction of the wood for seasonal changes in relative humidity.
